FTAF-1562-H0I-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 3.3V 2×5 SFF 622M 单模光收发一体模块，采用纯国产零部件。1550nm DFB 激光器配合 PIN 光电探测接收，单模传输距离达 100km。LC 光接口，CML/LVPECL 差分输入、CML 输出，SD 输出告警，符合 ITU-T G.957，提供商业级与工业级两个版本，适用于光纤通信干线链路。
