BXCS-1312-40DI 是北亿纤通低成本 BX 系列 SFP 封装单纤双向光收发模块，1.25Gb/s 数据速率，1310nm 发射，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上传输可达 40km。模块提供标准型（0~+70℃）与工业级（-40~+85℃）温度选项，内置 APC 功能与温度补偿电路，支持数字诊断监控。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
