FTAF-B1303-40I-GC 与 FTAF-B1503-40I-GC 是一对 155M 3.3V 2×5 SFF 单纤双向单模收发一体光模块，分别以 1310nm 与 1550nm 发射，单根单模光纤传输可达 40km。模块采用纯国产零部件，差分 CML 信号接口，SC 光接口，工业级温度范围，成对使用可节省光纤资源。
