BXCS-1312-20Dx 是北亿纤通推出的 1.25Gbps SFP 单模双纤光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm FP 激光器与 PIN 光电探测器，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上可传输 20km。模块发射平均光功率 -9.5~-3dBm，接收灵敏度 -24dBm，饱和光功率 -3dBm，LC/SC 双工光接口可选，单 3.3V 供电，适用于快速以太网、ATM/SONET/SDH 与交换机/路由器互联。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
