FTCS-B1312-10DI-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 1.25Gbps SFP 单纤双向光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm FP 激光器发射、1550nm PIN 接收，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上可传输 10km。模块发射光功率 -9~0dBm，消光比 9.0dB，接收灵敏度 -23dBm，过载光功率 -1dBm，单 LC 光接口，带数字诊断监控（DDM），单 3.3V 供电，工业级温度，全国产零部件。
