FT-95-RS-R13L4-10I 是北亿纤通推出的 0~100Mbps MiniSFF LVTTL 单模光接收器，采用全金属外壳，FC 尾纤光接口，单模传输 10km。接收器工作波长范围 1100~1620nm，接收灵敏度 -12dBm，最大输入光功率（饱和）-3dBm，LVTTL 电平输出，单 3.3V 供电，商业级 0~+70℃或工业级 -40~+85℃可选，适用于低速率总线传输与非平衡信号透明传输系统，与 FT-95-RS-T13L4-10I 发射器配对使用。
