FTCS-1306-02 是北亿纤通推出的 622Mbps 单模双纤 SFP 光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm FP 激光器与 PIN 光电探测器，LC 双工光接口，单模光纤传输距离 2km。模块符合 SFP MSA 与 SONET/SDH OC-12/STM-4 规范，支持数字诊断监测（DDM），3.3V 单电源供电，热插拔 SFP 封装，适用于城域网、接入网与企业网的 622Mbps 光纤链路。
