FTCS-1324-20 是北亿纤通推出的 2.67Gbps 单模双纤 SFP 光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm 激光器与 PIN 光电探测器，LC 双工光接口，单模光纤传输距离 20km。模块符合 SFP MSA 规范，支持数字诊断监测（DDM），3.3V 单电源供电，热插拔 SFP 封装，适用于城域网、接入网与企业网的 2.5G 级光纤链路。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
