FTAF-B1312-40I-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 2×5 SFF 封装单纤双向收发一体光模块，采用纯国产零部件。模块发射端为 1310nm DFB 激光器、接收端为 1550nm，一根光纤即可完成双向 1.25Gbps 数据传输，SC 光接口，传输距离可达 40km。单 3.3V 电源供电，差分 CML 信号输入输出，SD 指示为 LVTTL 电平，符合 IEC-60825 Class 1 激光安全标准，适用于以太网、SONET/SDH 与交换机等数字光纤通信系统。
