FTCS-B4312-20DS-GC 是北亿纤通国产系列 SFP 封装单纤双向光模块，支持 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps 双数据速率运行，发射端采用 1490nm DFB 激光器、接收端为 PIN 光电探测器（接收 1310nm），在一根单模光纤上实现双向传输，传输距离 20km。模块单 +3.3V 供电，电源电流 300mA。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
