北亿纤通（F-tone Networks）FT-WM7312宽值波长测量仪基于斐索干涉仪技术，结合温控干涉仪、多级复合干涉腔与线性阵列CCD探测器。全固态结构无机械运动部件，在保证±0.5pm高测量精度的同时实现高达1kHz的波长刷新速率，是可调谐激光器与相干模块测试的理想选择。
