产品概述
FTCS-B1512-10DI-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 SFP 单纤双向收发一体光模块，全国产方案。模块由 1550nm DFB 激光发射器、PIN 光电探测器（含跨阻前放 TIA）与 MCU 控制单元组成，单 LC 接口实现双向 1.25Gbps 传输，单模光纤距离可达 10km。符合 SFP MSA 与 SFF-8472 数字诊断规范，支持实时温度、电压、偏置电流、发射/接收光功率监控，单 3.3V 供电。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
