产品概述
FTCS-13RG-10DI 是北亿纤通 GEFE 小封装可插拔（SFP）光收发一体模块，兼容 SFP MSA，内置 PHY 支持 SGMII 接口，支持 100BASE-LX/1000BASE-LX 双速率工作。模块集成标准 SFP（含 DDM）、SGMII 接口 PHY、1310nm FP 激光器与 PIN 光电探测器，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上链路可达 10km。本型号为工业级版本，工作壳温 -40～85℃（另有商规版本 FTCS-13RG-10D），支持数字诊断监控接口，串行 ID 信息兼容 SFP MSA。
