FTCS-B1303-20DS-GC 是北亿纤通国产系列 SFP 封装 155M 单纤双向光模块，数据速率 155Mb/s，发射端采用 1310nm FP 激光器、接收端为 PIN 光电探测器（接收 1550nm），在一根单模光纤上实现双向传输，传输距离 20km。模块采用 SC/LC 光接口，单 +3.3V 供电，电源电流 300mA。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
