FTCS-1512-H2DI-GC 是北亿纤通国产系列工业级 SFP 封装光模块，1.25Gb/s 数据速率，发射端采用 1550nm DFB 激光器、接收端为 APD 光电探测器，在单模光纤上传输可达 120km。模块采用 LC 光接口，单 +3.3V 供电，支持 DDM 数字诊断监控，工业级工作温度 -40~+85℃，适用于超长距工业级光传输。
