FT-88-817 光电耦合器由一片 GaAs 发射二极管和一片 NPN 晶体管组成，采用标准 4 引脚 DIP 封装，同时提供宽引脚和 SMD 表面贴装选项。器件电流传输比 CTR 最小达 50%（IF=5mA、VCE=5V），响应速度快，上升时间典型值仅 4μs。输入输出间电气隔离电压高达 5000Vrms，ESD 人体模式耐受达 8000V，并通过 UL、VDE、CQC、CE 和国家电网认证，符合 RoHS、REACH 环保标准。
