FT-88-PC-817SC 是北亿纤通 817 系列光耦合器，由一片 GaAs 发射管与一片 NPN 晶体管组成，采用 4 引脚 SMD（SOP）贴面封装。该器件电流传输比（CTR）最小 50%（IF=5mA、VCE=5V 时），隔离电压高达 5000Vrms，响应快（上升时间典型 2.9μs），抗 ESD 达 HBM 8000V。
