北亿纤通（F-tone Networks）FTQD-4H-SR4是一款400G QSFP-DD SR4光模块，采用8通道50Gbps PAM4电接口转4通道100Gbps并行光信号架构，聚合速率400Gb/s。OM4多模光纤传输达100m（OM3达60m），MPO-12光接口，最大功耗8W，需主机FEC支持。
