产品概述
BYCS-B1312-20D 与 BYCS-B1512-20D 是北亿国产 SFP 单纤双向光模块，支持 1.25Gbps 速率，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上传输距离达 20km。两个型号波长方向互补：B1312 采用 1310nm 发射/1550nm 接收，B1512 采用 1550nm 发射/1310nm 接收，成对使用实现单纤双向通信。模块符合 SFP MSA 与 SFF-8472 规范，内置数字诊断监控，适用于千兆以太网与 SDH 光传输。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
