产品概述
BYCS-B1303-20D 与 BYCS-B1503-20D 是北亿国产 SFP 单纤双向光模块，支持 155Mbps 速率，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上传输 20km。B1303 采用 1310nm 发射/1550nm 接收，B1503 采用 1550nm 发射/1310nm 接收，成对使用实现单纤双向通信。发射器采用 MQW 结构非制冷激光器，接收器为 InGaAs PIN-TIA，内置数字诊断监控功能，符合 I 类激光安全要求。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
