BYCS-851X-02D 是北亿国产 SFP+ 10G 光模块，采用 850nm VCSEL 发射器和 PIN 光电探测器，支持 10Gb/s 串行光接口，符合 802.3ae 10GBASE-SR 标准，电气接口兼容 SFF-8431。模块内置 2 线串行管理接口，兼容 SFF-8472 数字诊断监控协议，全金属外壳提供优异的 EMI 性能，低功耗设计，适用于数据中心和高速存储网络。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
