FTTR-M1312-DZ01是北亿纤通推出的1.25G 1×9封装光收发一体模块，发射端采用1310nm激光二极管（VCSEL/FP/DFB），接收端配套高灵敏度探测器，支持SC、ST、FC双工光接口，3.3V或5V供电版本可选。模块最高支持1.5Gbps速率，平均输出光功率-14~-5dBm，接收灵敏度-23dBm，数据接口为(LV)PECL差分电平，符合IEC 825 Class 1激光安全标准与多源1×9协议，适用于千兆以太网、光纤通道及数字视频传输系统。
