产品概述
FTBR-5803ATZ01-GC是北亿纤通推出的155Mbps 1×9封装光收发一体模块，发射端采用VCSEL/FP/DFB激光二极管，接收端配套高灵敏度探测器，提供SC、ST、FC三种双工光接口，3.3V或5V供电版本可选。模块在多模光纤上最远传输5公里，在单模光纤上最远可达120公里，数据接口为(LV)PECL差分电平，信号检测支持(LV)PECL或(LV)TTL电平，符合IEC 825 Class 1激光安全标准，是ATM、SONET/SDH及百兆以太网接入的经济型光互连方案。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
