FTQA-4H-DR4是北亿纤通400G QSFP112 DR4光模块，基于新一代硅光（SiPh）平台，硅光芯片集成了多种有源与无源光电器件，采用3D封装技术与业界领先的7nm DSP芯片。符合QSFP112 MSA与IEEE 802.3cu规范，在G.652单模光纤上最长传输500m（KP-FEC），功耗低于10W，是数据中心400G互联的高性价比方案。
