BYCS-Cxx1X-40D 是北亿国产 SFP+ CWDM 10G 光模块，采用 DML 激光器发射器和 PIN 光电探测器，波长覆盖 1470~1610nm 全 CWDM 波段，在单模光纤上传输距离达 40km。模块符合 802.3ae 10GBASE-ER 标准，电气接口兼容 SFF-8431，支持 SFF-8472 数字诊断监控，全金属外壳提供优异 EMI 性能，适用于城域网与数据中心互连的波分复用场景。
