北亿纤通FTCQ-4X-SR4I-GC是一款全国产的QSFP+ 40G SR4光模块，发射端采用4通道10Gbps 850nm VCSEL激光器，符合QSFP+ MSA多源协议及IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4、IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-SR光学规范。模块通过OM3多模光纤最长传输100米、OM4多模光纤最长传输150米，单通道信令速率10.3125Gbps。产品支持数字诊断监控功能，可实时监测温度、电压、偏置电流及收发光功率，3.3V单电源供电，典型功耗仅1.5W，工业级工作温度范围-40℃~85℃，适用于数据中心骨干网等高密度40G互联场景。
