产品概述
BYCS-1512-60D 是高性能、低成本的 SFP 单模收发一体光模块，数据速率 1250Mbps，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上传输距离 60km。模块由三部分组成：激光发射器、集成跨阻放大器的 PIN 光电二极管接收器和 DDMI 控制单元，满足 I 级激光安全要求。发射端采用 1550nm DFB 激光器，具有 APC 功能与温度补偿电路，符合 SFP MSA、SFF-8472 与 ITU-T G.957。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
